Last Tuesday and Wednesday, the two-day prize trip took place, won by the top five teams at the 5th Business Plan Competition organised at the end of March. This year, we targeted Bucharest for the two-day professional trip, visiting businesses where interesting activities take place for students too. Our first stop was at the Combridge company's Bucharest office (https://www.facebook.com/combridgero), a telecommunications and IT company providing telecom services, business internet connections, data transmission and network connections for companies. Additionally, we gained insight into network and IT infrastructure, cloud solutions and Wi-Fi systems, international internet connection provision, network security, system interconnection and optimisation. We also visited the Gastro Lab restaurant (https://www.facebook.com/GastroLabPiataVictoriei), operated by Bálványos Resort, where, alongside a delicious breakfast, we discussed with the manager how a business owned by someone from Sfântu Gheorghe positions itself and attracts customers in the jungle of Bucharest's hospitality industry. Many thanks to Mr Lóránt Szarvadi, company owner, for the magnificent breakfast. Alongside the study stops, plenty of time remained for fun and other experiences: we had lunch at the city's oldest restaurant, the 140-year-old Caru' cu Bere, where, alongside the gastronomic experience, we admired the neo-Gothic interior, richly decorated with stained glass windows and carved wood panelling, accompanied by live classical music. After lunch, we visited the botanical garden, and in the afternoon we let off steam at the country's largest wellness centre, Therme. Participating students were from the Bod Péter Pedagogical High School, Nagy Mózes National High School and Dr. Csiha Kálmán Reformed College, Sfântu Gheorghe. Our trip was supported by the Rotary Club Sfântu Gheorghe. We are deeply grateful. Orosz Anna, Damó Csaba, accompanying teachers
