Within the framework of our school's Christmas programme, the second-grade pupils of our practice school, the Petőfi Sándor Primary School, gifted us a shadow play based on "The True Story of Christmas" by Lackfi János.
The performance was directed by teacher Vollancs Szidónia. Contributing were Elek Ágota, actress at the Udvartér Theatre, and grade XII.A students. Thank you!
Reverend Ilyés Lehel welcomed the attendees.
Under the title "Here Comes the Beautiful Christmas," the poetry and music performance by grades IX and X, followed by a nativity play, allowed us to experience the uplifting, sacred feeling of the holiday.
The programme was compiled by Fejér Piroska and Dr. Deák Ferenc, Hungarian language teachers, and Gligor Zoltán, music teacher.
The performance featured poems by Ady Endre, Cseh Katalin, Dsida Jenő, Lászlóffy Aladár, Szabó Lőrinc, Szabó T. Anna. Soloists: Fejér Ákos Bence (XII.C), Demeter Dóra, Misăilă Izabella (IX.A).
We wish that everyone may receive, as a gift on this beautiful holiday, the silence of longed-for peace, the joy of family and community togetherness!
