The mission of Bod Péter Pedagogical High School is to present a positive image of the teaching profession to our students, as well as to experience a spiritual commitment while shaping the community's system of values.

To be a teacher is an answer to the challenges of the age. It requires commitment, the intention to create and to preserve, and faith in goodness and love. Thus we need not lonely fighters, but a cohesive attitude that accepts each other's worth. The critical attitude should not be a sign of vivisection, but of affirming recognition. We must believe that learning means, alongside professional advancement, the development of our human conduct.

The teaching career model must be a mission that takes on responsibility and sacrifice for others. We must always give up-to-date answers to the new generations entrusted to us, in order to raise a youth ready for action. We must take responsibility for recognizing our students' talents, so that we identify their carefully guarded talent in time and set them on the path of fulfilment. Thus, alongside the learning goods applicable to everyone, we pay attention to individual talents and try to help them towards greater successes. Supporting underachieving talents is also among our goals, because whoever today still steps timidly can, with helpful support, be a winner tomorrow. Our perseverance gives birth to the hope of the future, which sustains the strength of our region.
