As part of the Green Footprints (Zöld Lábnyomok) project, our school's hiking group – led by Turoczi Andrea, biology teacher, accompanied by teacher Deme Ildikó – visited the Bucegi Mountains this time. During the hike, we walked along the scenic path leading to Lake Scropoasa, through the Zănoaga Gorge, then visited the 7 Springs Waterfall (Cascada 7 Izvoare), famous for its exceptionally pure water.

The purpose of the hike was to observe the autumn landscape: the changing colours of the leaves, the impact of environmental factors on flora and fauna. In addition to observing and learning about nature, the hike was also an excellent opportunity to spend time together, to socialise, to get to know each other better and to strengthen friendships. This shared hiking experience was truly a recharge of energy for the whole group.
