At the end of September, class X.B, accompanied by form teacher Pál-Varga Ilona and teacher Gábor-Gergely Eszter, went on a trip to Peleș Castle, nestled among the mountains. From afar we could already admire its ornate towers and unique architectural details, so everyone was eagerly looking forward to entering its gates. On the way there, we passed by a small market fair, where we browsed a lot and bought gifts. When we entered, the interior of the castle exceeded all expectations: huge halls, richly decorated panelling, paintings, stained glass windows and antique furniture made every room special. Almost every hall was furnished in a different style, which made the visit even more interesting. The old objects displayed in the showcases were particularly impressive. We felt as if we had travelled back in time and could glimpse the everyday life of the past. Of course, we took lots of photos to preserve the memory. On the way back, we also stopped in Brașov, where we had the opportunity to shop and look around.
This trip was a very good experience for me: it was full of good company, lots of laughter, conversation and memories. We will all remember the magic of Peleș Castle for a long time.
